Seven Vidarbha players, including three boys and four girls have been selected for specialized national summer camps to be conducted at various Zonal Cricket Academies in April and May, 2024. The camps will be held under the aegis of BCCI’s National Cricket Academy.
Vidarbha’s Devansh Thakkar has been selected for the U-19 boys’ camp to be held in Rajkot from April 26 to May 22.
Similarly, Vidarbha’s Jayesh Kumbhre and Krish Sonkusre will report to Cuttack and Jaipur respectively, on April 19 to attend U-16 boys’ camps to be held in these two cities till May 15.
Four Vidarbha girls too have been called up for specialized camps. Yashshri Soley will attend the camp in her hometown, Nagpur, which will host one of the camps for U-19 girls from April 19 to May 15.
Nihari Kawale and Aarohi Bambode will proceed to Ranchi, while Sayali Shinde will attend the camp in Valsad.
