Siddharth Kapre starred with the bat and ball as Ruby Colts defeated Anurag Cricket Club, Kamptee by four wickets to win the Guzder League ‘A’ Division T20 tournament at the D. Y. Patil Sports Academy ground on Friday (Nov 15, 2024).
Anurag CC put up a decent tally of 166/7 in their allotted 20 overs with captain Robin Singh (35) and Vandit Joshi (52) shining with the bat. Siddharth claimed 2/24 in his four overs for Ruby Colts.
Siddharth then opened the innings as well and smacked a 37-ball 46 with four boundaries and two sixes to help his team seal the deal. He was well-supported by Kenny Batra (32).
Siddharth was later named the Player of the Match for his all-round show.
