AGRC defeated Central Railway by nine wickets to win the Guzder League T20 Inter-Institution Cricket Tournament Final at the VCA Civil Lines ground on Tuesday.
After restricting Central Railway to a mere 116/8, the star-studded AGRC side chased down the target in only 12.3 overs. Aditya Sarvate, who had claimed 2/15 with the ball, made an unbeaten 46 off 34 balls to pilot his team to victory in the company of R Sanjay, who also remained unbeaten on 40 off 26 balls.
Earlier, Central Railway skipper Amit Paunikar top-scored with 72 (48 balls) after winning the toss and electing to bat first.
